Manufacturing facilities often process aluminum parts of varying sizes, and our Versatile Automatic Anodizing Line handles this with ease—accommodating parts from small components (e.g., screws, washers) to large workpieces (3600×1300×300mm). The line’s tanks are designed with a large internal size (800×4000×1600mm), allowing flexible loading of different part sizes. The gantry cranes feature adjustable hooks and a 100kg lifting capacity, enabling secure handling of both small batches (via custom fixtures) and large single parts. The PLC control system supports customizable process parameters (e.g., immersion time, current density) for different part sizes—ensuring optimal anodizing results for each. For small parts, the line uses high-density fixtures to maximize batch size, while large parts are processed individually with precise crane positioning (±3mm). The anodizing section (3 tanks) adjusts current output based on part surface area, ensuring uniform oxide film formation regardless of size. Constructed with modular components, the line can be adapted with additional fixtures or tank dividers for specialized parts. The 4 coloring tanks offer versatile hue options for both small and large parts, with the 11 washing tanks ensuring thorough cleaning. Suitable for diverse manufacturing needs (e.g., hardware, automotive, construction), this versatile line eliminates the need for multiple specialized lines, reducing costs and space.

Loading and unloading device
1) Loading device: After manual loading confirmation, the crane will automatically lift the flying target into the function tank.
2) Material feeding device: after the workpiece reaches the unloading position, it is placed on the material rack and unloaded manually.
